Durin's Bane Finished!!!

He was an challenging, but extremely fun model to paint and now he looms over the rest of my moria army in all his majesty

Anyway, enough blab, here's the pictures:

Campfire finished

Well this was a really hard job for me. I found it very hard balancing the source lighting of the fire and making it look burnt and black at the same time.

C&C welcome

Campfire 2

Well I've added a bunch more sticks and its loking alot more bonfire-y now :)

Has anyone got any tips on sculpting flames?

Aragorn visits weathertop - an OSL adventure

Hi all
Well, I finally decided to repaint my weathertop aragorn. I also decided to have a go at some OSL while I was at it. It turned out alot better than I thought it would as my previous OSL was really REALLY bad ( my gandalf is currently a whitish/blue mess  :-/ ).  Anyways here's aragorn:

I've also used the new flesh wash on his face and so far it is awesome!
There are still a few bits and bobs to do on aragorn (sword, details, the greenstuff backpack, ect... ) but so far i am quite happy with him :)

C&C very welcome
